  • The main hall is surrounded by 4 illuminated minarets at each corner, the call to daily prayer (Adhan) can also be heard across Evington through the loudspeakers mounted on the minarets
  • The grand entrance has large sweeping staircases on the left and right leading to first floor gallery and the main prayer hall
  • A large glass crystal chandelier weighing 0.5 ton with a staggering 126 bulbs dominates the main prayer hall. The chandelier was specially commissioned and manufactured in Vienna and took several people a full day to install
  • The inner surround of the dome displays Arabic calligraphy from the holy Quran hand painted by Hassan-Al-Misry a well know calligrapher who has also decorated Regents Park Masjid in London
  • The ground floor has 2 ablution areas with heated floors and WC's
  • The first floor gallery area has a smaller dome surrounded by Arabic calligraphy from the holy Quran
  • On Site secure car park for staff and visitors
  • CCTV covering internal and external areas for the security and safety of all staff, students and visitors
